  • Quite simply put, we visualise the front-facing picture of the glasses on the front-facing picture of the customer. After our technology receives the customer’s image, we return the visualisation of the glasses in seconds so the customer can see how the glasses look on them.

    As such, we provide a simple web flow that lets customers take selfies and match the images to the visuals of the glasses. For that, we need access to your catalogue and front-facing images.

  • The 2D Virtual try-on can visualise both prescription glasses and sunglasses. It can even visualise frames that are transparent.

  • Our 2D virtual try-on uses accurate eye distance measurements to show the glasses on the customer in the right proportion. No cards or other reference material from customers is needed.

  • Yes, it does. The web flow that we provide with the 2D VTO is simply a mobile page and can be easily integrated into your apps. The Virtual try-on is completely platform-agnostic. The only things a customer needs is a browser and a camera.

    Alternatively, you can implement the 2D VTO by using our APIs. When you provide us with the picture of the customer via our API, you can consequently request the pictures via the API to them as you please.

  • The 2D VTO is GDPR-compliant. Our 2D Virtual try-on needs a picture of the customer to visualise the eyewear. The visualisation provided through a secure link will expire after 24 hours, unless you’d require them for a longer period. During your onboarding, you can discuss the retention period of the customer’s pictures with your Customer Success Manager.
